This year’s festival<\/span> <\/strong><\/span>stems from a question: <\/span>What does a generation sound like as it comes of age while imagining the future of culture?<\/b><\/span> Sponsored by the Office of the Vice Rector for Communication, Culture, and Transparency at Carlos III University of Madrid and organized by students in the Master\u2019s Program in Music Industry and Sound Studies, <\/span>the festival is conceived as a living laboratory where music is not only listened to, but also thought about, produced, and experienced.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\nThe narrative that underpins this proposal is one of transition: from the classroom to the stage, from theory to practice, from the emerging to the established. More than just a musical event, the festival is conceived as a shared mindset rooted in creative autonomy, aesthetic hybridization, and collective creation. Every element of the program reflects this process, in which the learnings from the master\u2019s program meet the public to<\/span> create a cultural experience that broadens and complements university life.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\nThe programming criteria have been structured around <\/span>three pillars: aesthetic coherence, diversity, and proximity<\/b><\/span>.<\/span> The goal has been to create a <\/span>sounding identity rooted in indie-pop in a broad and contemporary sense<\/b><\/span>, favoring acts with<\/span> a distinctive voice and careful composition<\/b><\/span>. At the same time, priority has been given to diversity in artistic trajectories, backgrounds, and creative visions, bringing attention to scenes that operate outside the mainstream circuits.
