A HINGE serves to join two pieces while allowing movement between them. The BISAGRA club seeks to “articulate” the relationship between art and science—and between students from both UC3M campuses, who lack spaces for gathering and shared reflection.
This program sets in motion two “elements” whose relationship normally remains static or nonexistent, creating activities in which engineering and humanities students can share experiences centered on art and culture that challenge their respective disciplines. Participants will develop their ability to engage with works of art and science, fostering their critical and creative thinking while enjoying cultural consumption and production alongside peers from other university campuses.

To receive the newsletter with information about Club Bisagra’s activities, please fill out the following form (link), so we can notify you of new cultural events related to art, science, and technology.
You can register for each activity you’d like to participate in through the Implícate Passport.
In addition, some of the activities require registration on the website of the cultural institution hosting the event in order to reserve a free ticket.
Registration for each Club Bisagra activity is separate from the others. All activities are complementary, and you can sign up for as many as you like, but you are not required to attend the entire series.
Credit Recognition:
Credit recognition is obtained through the Implícate Passport (link): each activity listed in the new Implícate Passport catalog will have a designated duration. Once you have accumulated 20 hours of workshops, courses, discussions, and other activities, you may apply for recognition of 1 elective ECTS credit (in accordance with the regulations approved by the Governing Council on July 4, 2018, regarding the recognition of elective credits for undergraduate students for participating in activities, experiences, or workshops, and amended at the Governing Council meeting on July 13, 2023).
For credit recognition, Club Bisagra activities can be combined with any other activity in the “Pasaporte Implícate” program until the 20 hours required for the certificate are completed.
