2C – Micro-Workshop: Basic Filming Resources: Lighting I

A workshop that introduces you to the practice of filmmaking and helps you overcome the challenges you may encounter.

Intended for: UC3M students (10 spots)

Program

1. Identify the types of cables needed depending on the stage of filming.
2. Learn how to make and repair cables.
3. Where to place spotlights and reflector screens on set.
4. Types of spotlights for each stage of filming, how to use them, and types of tripods and clamps.
5. Replacing lamps and essential lighting components.
6. Wiring, low-voltage panels.
7. Voltages, batteries, generators.

An expert in all types of cameras and filming equipment. He works as a gaffer and director of photography for various television networks.
