In this workshop, we will simulate the conditions of a real dubbing studio, using a microphone and materials from well-known productions. Vocal techniques, acting, and communication will be among the topics covered.

Program
We will develop the guidelines and practical exercises needed to address an audience in an interesting and engaging way. To that end, we will focus on:
– Analysis of the script and the original
– Strategies for dealing with the take
– Vocal technique and diction
– Speaking into the microphone
– The technique of synchronization
Teacher
Rodrigo Martín
Actor and voice director, producer, sound technician, and acting instructor. His best-known characters include Morty in “Rick and Morty”; Otis in “Sex Education”; Ezreal in “League of Legends”; Hiro in “Big Hero 6,” Clay Jensen in “13 Reasons Why,” and August in “Young Royals,” among others. Since 2014, he has been part of the cast of “Ficción Sonora” on RNE.
