The September edition of Música y Margaritas marks the start of a new academic year and transforms the campus of Carlos III University of Madrid into a space where music, creativity, and university life come together. Sponsored by the Office of the Vice Rector for Communication, Culture, and Transparency and organized by students in the Master’s Program in Music Industry and Sound Studies, the festival continues to establish itself as an educational initiative in which learning extends beyond the classroom to become a cultural experience open to the entire university community.

This edition presents a narrative centered on connection and welcome. The festival marks the beginning of a new chapter for thousands of students, especially those entering college for the first time or arriving from other countries through international programs. Music thus becomes a common language capable of forging connections, fostering a sense of community, and strengthening the feeling of belonging on campus.

The lineup brings together Teo Lucadamo, KORASHE, and Curro—three acts representative of the new Spanish music scene, each with different styles and backgrounds that reflect the creative diversity of today’s music. The lineup features artists with their own unique identities, capable of connecting with the university audience through relatable lyrics, contemporary sounds, and authentic stage presence. Opening act: Salmonetes Enfadados, winners of the University Band Competition for the 2025–2026 academic year.

KORASHE. The stage name of Karima Kennafi, she is a multidisciplinary artist based in Málaga who has burst onto the Spanish music scene with a bang. Her sound fuses pop, electronic, and urban sounds with Andalusian and North African influences, reflecting a creative universe shaped by her Spanish and Moroccan roots. Together with producer Kfé, she has developed a unique sound that blends experimentation, emotion, and a contemporary aesthetic closely tied to digital culture. Following the release of her debut album, *Cómo duele si es tan bonito*, and the EP *Ya tengo carnet, ahora sí puedo hablar de coches*, Korashe has established herself as one of the most promising emerging artists, gaining a significant following and building a strong presence at festivals and venues throughout Spain.
