As part of the UC3M India Week, the Leganés Campus is hosting a special masterclass on traditional yoga and meditation with Apeksha Bajaj, in collaboration with the official instructor from the Casa de la India Foundation.
The session is designed to delve deeper into the authentic practice of yoga and meditation through a rigorous and traditional approach, adapted to the pace of modern life. Led by Apeksha Bajaj, a teacher sent to Spain by the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) of the Government of India, the masterclass will offer practical tools aimed at physical balance, emotional regulation, and mental clarity.
Workshop Objectives
Alignment and Body Awareness
Refining postures (asanas) to release structural tension.
Respiratory Control
Pranayama techniques designed to promote nervous system calm and stress management.
Mental Focus
Traditional meditation tools designed to foster self-discovery and focus the mind.
Participant Profile
This activity is open to both those with prior experience who wish to deepen their practice and those who are new to yoga and meditation.
