As part of the UC3M India Week , which takes place from September 28 to October 2, we are organizing this special workshop. Led by Anamika Das, you’ll discover authentic Indian home cooking, learn how to use and combine spices, and balance flavors, aromas, colors, and textures—a unique experience for the senses. Enjoy this shared adventure—an endless journey—that you can share with friends and family. Are you going to miss it?

During the workshop, you’ll help prepare and taste the following dishes:
Appetizer: Meat-filled samosas
Chutneys to serve with appetizers: Tamarind chutney and Green chutney
Vegetarian main course: Creamy lentil curry
Chicken main course: Butter Chicken
Served with: Naan bread and Pilaf rice with nuts
Dessert: Mango Lassi
