AUGUST – Música y Margaritas 2026

“Música y Margaritas ” returns once again to the Getafe Campus of Carlos III University of Madrid on April 22 and 23. This free festival, open to the general public, was created as an initiative of the Office of the Vice Rector for Communication, Culture, and Transparency at Carlos III University of Madrid and is made possible through the collaboration of students in the Master’s Program in Music Industry and Sound Studies, who are responsible for curating, managing, and producing the event.
Agosto is a band formed by María and Nacho, who are from Alicante and León, respectively. Their sound is characterized by a blend of driving guitar riffs, melodic bass lines, and poetic lyrics that evoke places where melancholy reigns and the warmth of summer lingers. In December 2025, they released their new EP, titled“paramañana,”whose songs we’ll enjoy on “Música & Margaritas.”
